Cons (-) Problems with reservations & staff was not helpful finding out if I could stay friday or not. Lauren & manager Michelle were rude. Nicest front desk person was Whitney. Friday morning I asked 4 different people & finally got an answer, they could give me another room & the price was doubled from the standard rate.
