Pros (+) I forgot a souvenir when checking out. When I called the hotel once I realized this, they made sure to not their it out when cleaning the room and hold onto it until I was able to return and pick it up.
Cons (-) My biggest concern was that the free TV channels were lacking a bit in selection. But then again, this is a business hotel and the channel selection reflects that.
