Real Hotel where the guest comes first
I liked the cleanliness.
I didn't like that majority of the staff was rude. Also the original room they gave me was horrible. I couldn’t even open the door. They seemed annoyed when I asked for a new room.

Staff were very courteous, seemed genuinely glad I was there Cleaning service each morning was timely and good quality Food at restaurants was excellent quality
My room was right by the ice machine, so I was kept awake by that.

Lots of random hairs in the room and the lifeguard at the pool didn't seem qualified to help in an emergency. Also, the hotel has been recently redone but they didn't replace the toilet seat. So, very modern nicely decorated room with a toilet seat from mid-80s complete with cracks and possibly some burn marks. Weird to leave that after a complete remodel. Makes you wonder what else they didn't update.
