Pros: The refrigerator was broke. The latch on the door was broken, looks like someone busted in the door at one point. We did not realize and it wasn't posted that you got to the room from outside, any one can be in the hallway or come inside the room

Pros: Large breakfast spread and the employee's were really working hard to keep it stocked during the breakfast rush. Staff worked to come up with a satisfactory solution to a frustrating issue with my room which you can read in the "what I didn't like" section.
Cons: I had contacted the property a week in advance to advise that we had an allergy issue with smoke and to ensure that we got a non-smoking room. However, when we arrived, we were assigned a smoking room that had been "deodorized" and a small sign added to the table saying "non-smoking room". However, the actual non-smoking rooms were permanently labeled on the room doors. The room was not acceptable due to our health issues. It was very frustrating to take the time to contact the property about the issue and still be assigned a room that did not address this one request. Fortunately the staff was able to "downgrade" me to a smaller non-smoking room. Do not take it for granted that a request made prior to your arrival has been honored, take the time to check before you take your luggage and family to the room.

Cons: The manager whom we met the next morning was rude and slapped a $27 charge on our credit card without permission. We were charged as booked even though we informed the clerk we had 4 vs 2 people. Apparantly the manager was the only one with the booking.com reservation information. Cannot reccomend this motel because of the managenent.

Cons: It was people just standing around on the sidewalks like it was a hang out place. Didn’t feel safe. It was a little loud from the people hanging around outside on sidewalk. People arguing. The water ran slow and handle on shower was broke just kept spinning around. The lamp work when it want to. Had to clean and bleach room because it was no room service. When I arrived to check in they did not have my room right but they did correct it and gave me something else.

Cons: Stayed 3 days and never one time had house keeping come to make beds or bring extra linens or take old linens. Had 1 wash cloth and 1 towel, that's it.

Cons: Worst place ever. Nothing close by. The lady at check in wouldn't let my service dog with her tags in the lobby. Had to tie her up outside In the rain. Then this morning I went to desk at 830 am and tried to pay for another day but the guy at desk was very mean and was yelling at me for having a room with 2 beds and saying I snuck my dog in! First of all she is service and its a pet friendly hotel why would I sneak her in! He said I had to leave and come back at3 if I wanted another room . the place was very dirty tv wouldn't work and it smelled. The only reason I had 2 beds was because that's what booking.com had for me. I've stayed at mptel 6 all over the country. That's worst one and should be shut down.
