One of the worst experiences I've had at a Hampton Inn. We had two reservation and front desk found out one of my reservation got canceled no explanation or anything on why or how and there was no more rooms available so we were forced to all stay in one room. My family members had to sleep on the floor because of this mistake. Worse of all there was no warning that this happen, no emails or calls...

Was asked if I’d like my room cleaned the next day by housekeeper during check in I said yes. After running errands the next day we came back to the hotel and seen our room was never attended to. i told the front desk and they said it was never put in the system which I thought was funny bc the attendant that asked me the question was still checking me in when she asked and it still was not done.

Pros (+) Every time I visit Staten Island I stay here and it's usually the best place to stay until now. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Rooms stay warm and cozy.
Cons (-) Breakfast wasn't too good. People living in the hotel was uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay here again until it's ran like a hotel and not a homeless shelter. Random ppl who live here asking for drugs.
