Pros (+) The entire hotel facility (especially the room) was very clean. Staff was great. Had nothing to complain about or wish to change.

Pros (+) They called and said they had rebooked me at the Hampton Inn across the street, which was one of the hotels I specifically avoided when booking in the first place. The second Hotel behaved as if the first hotel never let them know I was coming. I call shenanigans. won't be back unless the Verrazano collapses.
