Pros (+) Honestly, everything. Was a short drive to State College but nice, quiet, dog-friendly location. Room was spacious & comfortable, with fridge/microwave. Staff very friendly. SO happy I chose to stay here.
Cons (-) No complaints, about anything. Would recommend this to anyone.

Pros (+) Inexpensive and good location for us. Rooms were as clean as one would expect for the price. Simple breakfast was a nice surprise coffee tastes good. Free and fast internet connection. Parking right out front of your door. Many lights to make room bright with curtains closed. Frig and microwave were handy.
Cons (-) Thin walls and noisy shower. The pass through for breakfast seemed like a weak point relative to security, I didn't leave valuables in the room. Small bathroom.
