Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many noting the warm welcome and accommodating service. The breakfast received high marks for variety and quality, and the hotel's location was appreciated for its convenience, especially for travelers. Cleanliness of rooms and facilities was also positively mentioned. However, several guests expressed frustration with the lift being out of order and some accessibility challenges, especially for those with mobility issues. There were also a few negative experiences, including noise due to proximity to the motorway, lack of air conditioning, and one serious complaint about bed bugs. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for short stays and stopovers.AI-generated from customer reviews
