The staff and facility were absolutely amazing!!!! I cannot wait to stay here again! The location next to Forest Park is perfect! I borrowed a bicycle from the front desk and went for a ride through the park and it was beautiful!
The pool was extremely busy all day long. If you intend to go to the pool get there when it opens at 10am otherwise they will be well over capacity for the rest of the day. Also the breakfast area was very cramped. Plenty of room to eat but very little room to get your food.
Very cool Theme.. Just a couple of mins from down town . JUST A COUPLE OF MILES FROM THE OUTLET SHOPPING. My wife and I said it was the perfect hotel. What a treasure right next to everything zoo science center we are coming back.
I have nothing bad to say . Parking was even manageable. It cost 10 or 14 bucks but manageable.
We loved the relaxing atmosphere! When checking in Roxi was super friendly and helpful. Our bartender, Spencer at the pool was fun. After dinner we decided to swim again and Freddie was super friendly and even got us fresh towels! We had a lovely time together. Thanks!
Our pool side room 116 was hot. The temperature didnt budge and was a bit uncomfortable.
Great location. Hotel has lots of character.
Unique character of hotel was undone by shoddy housekeeping. Our room was dirty with dust everywhere. Housekeeping failed to clean our room for two days.
Character. Underground parking.
Our room needed a sitting chair other than the desk chair. Stand to sit suitcase on was not in the room
