    Extremely friendly and efficient staff with great leadership and customer care Very well renovated facility keeping just enough of the traditional Tirol features ( front paintings, staff dress ) while providing excellent comfort

    Some areas with apparent raw concrete as a frequent architectural design that I personally do not care for preferring traditional materials

    Great location just in the middle of town, with exit directly to the main street. Hotel has a very nice look and very nice and clean halls and rooms. The traditional balcony in the room was a wonderful surprise. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially receptionist Nina.

    Excellent hotel center of town. stayed 2 days as base for mountain hikes. Modern hotel with friendly staff and great restaurant (breakfast and dinner). Very good value.

    After asking to change rooms we were offered a number of rooms to look at and found a wonderful one. Tip: Stay in the new wing! The staff a very friendly and helpful.
