Pros (+) We had to check out at 12pm and when we did so I asked if they could keep our luggage for us as our flight wasn't for another 9 1/2 hours. Instead of keeping our bags they gave us full access to the room! Free of charge. That is costumer service like no other! Incredible vibes. I fully recommend it to anyone and everyone.
