9,6 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful 30-room hotel with very helpful staff, excellent and friendly management, wonderful views and great beach cabana.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very nice, gorgeous views of grand anse from all patios. All staff were very friendly and knew us by name by the end of our trip. They booked all activities for us at our request. Beach cabana area was very nice with lots of water sport activities including kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, hobie cats and snorkeling equipment. There was also ping pong, beach volleyball and croquet by the beach. The beach side cabana provided lunch and cocktails daily which were reasonably priced. The main restaurant Savvy was very good and we ended up eating there 4-5 nights of our stay. There is nothing bad I can say about Mt Cinnamon, except the walk up the hill to our villa may not agree with some people (we enjoyed the exercise). We will definitely be going back.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great, the view was amazing and the restaurant was excellent and they were able to meet my partner's special dietary needs.
Cons: Honestly, not much. It was quiet, which is what we wanted. And our masseuse was great, which was also nice. The drinks were perfect, the beach was beautiful and our room (Standard room #9) had amazing views. A near-perfect vacation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great concept- lots of activities available but not required. Pavillion/bar area is amazing - inviting and comfortable. Nice restaurant- good service and friendly staff.
Cons: Property is older and does some wear. Landscaping could use a little more attention. Outside bathrooms take an adjustment period!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It is so serene and that is exactly what we wanted. Sometimes it felt like we were the only people there. The rooms are very comfortable, every single person on the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The spa was amazing - I had the hot stone massage. The views are breathtaking and hearing the ocean at every turn was so lovely. Also, to see the ocean from the shower offers an incredible view.
Cons: My husband loved it but I personally didn’t care for the outdoor-esque bathroom area. After the rain, there were more mosquitoes - nothing crazy, just a few - so we left a mosquito coil, provided by the hotel, to burn in the bathroom. The food is very good, just wish there were some local cuisine options.
7,9 Good
Pros: Top location
Cons: Too expensive

9,7 Excellent
Pros: We had to check out at 12pm and when we did so I asked if they could keep our luggage for us as our flight wasn't for another 9 1/2 hours. Instead of keeping our bags they gave us full access to the room! Free of charge. That is costumer service like no other! Incredible vibes. I fully recommend it to anyone and everyone. If they are busy you will probably not get this luxury but still! Everything else about the hotel was great also. I will be back for sure.
7,4 Good
Pros: Good service and friendly workers with the exception of one worker. Location good. An addition of a microwave and a table in the room would make the stay more comfortable. Generally worth the money
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was worth the price we paid, this is a no frills place, perfect if you just need a clean place to sleep. Easy access to the beach (ten minute walk), a mall with food outlets and reliable public transport.
Cons: We knew this was a fairly basic place so we didn't expect anything else.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious double room. Comfortable bed. Has to walk up a short hill which gave us a great view from our room. Nice pool, friendly staff and easy to walk to the beach/restaurants.
Cons: Can’t comment on the food as the kitchen was closed.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was close (walking distance) to the shopping center, restaurants and beach. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: There was no service for luggage and rooms were spread on different levels on the hill. Sometimes difficult to reach. There was also no lobby for waiting especially when it rained.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons: Room wasn't ready due to a plumbing problem, the Hotel was fully booked so I had to wait until the room was ready to check-in. It would have been nice to have been offered a cold drink by the pool to compensate for the wait.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Cons: Old out dated rooms. Challenging set up. Only stairs and no elevators. There is no staff assigned to help customers with their lugage, so be ready to carry for stuff up to the slippery stairs. Noisy air conditioning device. Leaking pipes. There is no business center available.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: We had only really intended it to be a place to sleep and relax as we often venture out to eat and this is exactly what we did and it was great. Lovely location, the pool was great as were the sunbeds and parasols. It was nice also to be able to have a sunbed on the lovely beach, The rooms were made up every day and they were lovely and clean
Cons: We felt the breakfast was very expensive for what it was so we only had it once and went elsewhere. The only other bit which we didn't like as it was a bit frustrating was the toilets round the pool area were locked which meant we had to either go back to our room or find a member of staff to open them for us .
6,7 Good
Pros: The location is great, on Grand Anse Beach itself. A lot of food options within walking distance including Spiceland Mall.
Cons: The floor in the rooms were a sticky even when cleaned, one available 110V socket that was behind the fridge, walk with an adapter for convenience.
6,3 Good
Pros: The proximity to the beautiful beach and close to supermarket Pool clean
Cons: In pool area the toilets were locked and so was the fitness room. The restaurant was empty all the time ( admittedly off season) There seemed to be no staff anywhere. Very dated rooms and garden area. This is not the hotels fault but we had two sleepless nights over the weekend due to loud music and bass going on through the night until around 5am.This was coming from across the road. It’s a shame as next doors hotel has beautiful grounds,a beach bar etc: This hotel has no beach bar and really no atmosphere.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous view from my balcony, friendly and helpful staff, travel office with island tours and boat tours, hotel is located right on the beach, I could put my lounge chair in the shade of a sea-grape tree right outside the gate and enjoy the beauty of Grand Anse.
Cons: No drink machines, restaurant was closed, nothing to eat or drink at the hotel. (However, there are other restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance.)
6,3 Good
Pros: Location on the beach and shopping facilities. It was close to the conference venue (walking distance). We could share a room. The beach was clean and the sea was inviting. There were separate towels available for a visit to the beach.
Cons: Breakfast was not available before 8.00 o'clock. There was no ice-machine. You had to carry your luggage up or down the stairs. There were mosquito's during dusk in the afternoon and morning. We did not expect it. No information in the room on restaurants in the area or room service facilities.
5,0 Okay
Pros: food was good when the restaurant was open.
Cons: condition of hotel is terrible. Needs a face lift
7,1 Good
Pros: The closeness to the beach . Feeling of safety and well being . Beautiful view of ocean. Interested front desk .
Cons: Hotel needs upgrade of facilities, jacuzzis don't work, pool Jets don't work, refrigerator shut down, doors didn't slide well, furniture shoddy , Ants in bathroom, all is needed is a little sprucing up to reach a greater level .

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff here are amazing, honestly the best i cannot fault them and they helped us with every little thing we had concerns about and made sure we left happy
Cons: i wasn't completely satisfied with certain aspects of this hotel, at a £1000 a night and still having to pay for room service for a cup of tea i found a bit odd.
6,7 Good
Pros: I liked the beach front room, was a lovely view and experience.
Cons: Definitely not worth the money per night. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels which provide the same service even better. The food options were quite poor, and for a Caribbean based hotel the food is very touristy, as opposed to local food options i.e saltfish and bakes, jerk chicken, plantain, curry goat etc. When you visit the Caribbean you don't want to be eating roast lamb and turkey for dinner, Also the fact that you can not have anyone visit the room you have just spent over 1000k a night on, its a joke. I understand not for an overnight visit but for a friend to come and visit you for a few hours, I think should be allowed considering the price you've paid.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The personal touch at this hotel is beyond 5 star. The staff is friendly and each and every person we spoke with went out of their way to make our stay as luxurious as possible. From booking taxis to looking for and locating lost luggage this group of individuals genuinely care about your stay and want you to enjoy yourself. They are happy to work at this establishment and it shows with many of the employees being 15 years plus at the hotel. A beautiful experience with lovely people.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the wonderful staff, excellent food & beautiful accommodation...
Cons: Nothing... everything was amazing

Pros: The staff were exceedingly helpful and professional at all times. There was a particular gesture of kindness I have never experienced anywhere else . We came to the property late after a delayed flight and after their kitchen and other restaurants on the island were closed- knowing this the resort prepared sandwiches for us. They were delicious.

Pros: The privacy and smaller scale of the resort made it feel more relaxed. The Serenity Villa was amazing and highly recomment it! Staff were excellent especially in the restaurant. It was great having a good sized menu when there for a week plus the addition of the BBQ and the Taco/Roti days.
