I’m a project manager for a architect firm. Florida building code requires that all public buildings need to have a drinking fountain or to offer free water at the counter top (lobby) with out any charges and none of the buildings in Saint Agustine has one. Just to keep the heads up. If any building inspection goes and see that no drinking fountain is available will probably force you to add one or otherwise will shut down the business. I really like the city and every time I was walking to a building or museum none of them had a drinking fountain near the bathrooms or restaurants.
Bed was comfortable. For the most part the room was clean.
The floor needed a good cleaning. Put white socks on when getting into the room for cold feet, after a bit the bottoms we're filthy.
Dirty with cockroaches waiting for you at the bathroom
The property was very dirty. You could tell this place has been ridden hard and put away wet. For the money, I was definitely expecting a little nicer
This is our favorite place to stay when we come to visit St Augustine. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are so clean. And we always have a good time.
