Cons (-) Made a reservation through hotels.com and they refused it. No explanation and now they wont refund me. STAY AWAY!

Pros (+) Easy to check in and check out, close to blue line to get to the capitol, large room.
Cons (-) Staff was extremely terse, there is no breakfast (which is not what kayak.com showed), the kitchen had no pots/pans/etc as advertised by the hotel, the third floor hallway smelled of marajuana, the towels, sheets, and pillow cases were stained, and the bed was a full size, not queen as advertised.

Pros (+) The rate per night was good for a DC hotel. Liked the full kitchen and the place was quiet.
Cons (-) The staff just didn't care about customer service. Had to ask multiple times for plates and room items. And asked multiple times for pillows but after two days of asking, they ran out. A hotel actually ran out of pillows.

Cons (-) I paid in advance for a queen bed. Arrived late, and was told only room left was a suite, which sounded good until I discovered it was located hard against the mechanical systems of the elevator. There was a loud sound and vibration each time the elevator moved -- which was frequent.
