Pros (+) Breakfast was great. The staff was super nice and understanding. House keeping was great. We were able to do laundry at their laundry facilities for free!
Cons (-) Most of the time we were there our AC didn't work. At one point it was hotter in our room than it was out side. But the hotel had no problem compensating us for the inconvenience.

Pros (+) One level. No elevator required. Quite location. Clean room. Laundry.
