Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, shops, and the seafront. Many found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing positively to their stay. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, particularly with stained carpets and occasional room odors. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Bed comfort received some positive mentions, though issues with air conditioning and room maintenance were noted. Overall, while the location and service stood out, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
