Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for accessing the city, cruise terminals, and public transport. Many reviews praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Comfortable beds are also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, some guests note that the hotel and its furnishings are dated, and there are occasional complaints about room size, bathroom conditions, and breakfast variety. Despite some negatives, the value for price and service are generally appreciated.AI-generated from customer reviews
