Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near attractions, and the variety and quality of breakfast options. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, especially regarding the exterior landscaping, room conditions, and musty odors. Several guests also felt the property was overpriced for the quality received, and there were repeated complaints about the general upkeep and maintenance of the building. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and value for money.
