Centrally located in the now pedestrianised old walled city of Solothurn, a great place to stay with plenty of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

The location was very good, the food and service good.The rooms were clan and comfortable
Sleeping was a problem because of the clock striking every 15 minutes. Double glazing would improve sound proofing

Good quality hotel in a central location. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel - walked past it twice - before realising what "Hotel de la Tour Rouge" was in German! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast.
