Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful village location, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfasts, with many also appreciating the clean and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the pub and the overall value for money were highlighted as positives. However, several guests noted issues with noise, particularly from church bells, kitchen fans, and neighboring rooms, which sometimes disrupted sleep. Some reviews mentioned minor cleanliness concerns and maintenance issues, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experience. Overall, the hotel is well-regarded for its service, setting, and food.
