Cons: Stayed 2 nights. 1st night the music wasn’t too loud but it was annoying. Complained. 2nd night the music was horrendous. Complained twice and at 1245am they moved us to a quieter room. Next day complained to the duty manager who didn’t seem overly interested so asked for the general managers email address. They wrote it down but surprise surprise it doesn’t exist. Very disappointing stay.

The steam room was a bit tepid, the water dispenser wasn’t working properly, and the scalp massage wasn’t the best. Additionally, reduction in printing in processing our booking would be much better for the environment, as would recycling bins in the rooms.

Cons: The staff was at times rude and for the class of the hotel that is unacceptable. There were also services that required payment that I believe in this day and time are a must and should come as a courtesy service no matter the hotel, i.e. internet.

Cons: The position is not so near to the city center. The road from the hotel to the city center is very dirty. The service was anonymous; I didn't have any chance to talk with anyone from the hotel asking for suggestions or just small talks

Cons: Staff is absolutely terrible. No smiles and they are always reacting to tourists like if they are always doing them a favour. English is extremely poor for a 5 stars hotel. I had a massage (the therapist was excellent) and the room was not dark enough and you could hear the music from the gym. I asked for room service and at the middle of my order the girl start to be very annoyed and I asked if she was ok, she started laughing and passed the phone to other girl. The breakfast it was terrible, eggs, sausage, etc.. very cold and the coffee it was so bad. The bathtub was blocked and after I raised the issue no one cared, so during 3 days I was bathing in a swimming pool. Having kids classes in a pool on a 5 star hotel is riddiculous and do not allow people to relax or use the pool properly.

Cons: The girl in the buffet breakfast. One blonde small petite girl and another curvier lady with glasses and curly hair was very rude towards me I didn’t like it at all. They put me off doing the buffet and I opted for room service to which that service was superb. People like this let down the reputation of the hotel.

Pros: The room was ready even though we came earlier (12:00) and the receptionwas so helpful. When we left they kept our suitcases so that we can go for a walk and then they called taxi for us to go to the airport, they found one with card payment option just like we asked. Clean room with beautiful view and nice decoration.

Pros: The view was okay.
Cons: The mattresses were very uncomfortable .... very hard. The bathroom door was rotten at the bottom. There was mold between the tiles. The corners were bed up with dirt. The rooms were not made up properly - the sheets were not straightened just the top cover was pulled up roughly over everything. One day the cups were not washed. Bed bugs abound in sheets. They use far too much plastic for everything - 2 garbage bags a day, soaps, laundry bags etc. Just too much when plastic is killing our environment. The staff were unhelpful when asked for help ... I am too busy etc. not enough staff spoke English. In our room and in the lobby the internet was inconsistent and computers went offline without warning. Both for our computers and the hotel computers. They advertise that they have free wi-fi but inside the room it says it is only on an 'as is' and 'when available. Breakfast is terrible. Luke warm, even cold cooked eggs, sausages etc . Things run out. Shower head was broken and spurted in all directions and drenched the bathroom and all in it. Shocking excuse

Cons: Problems are minor, like the housekeeping (they didn't change sheets from one day to another, and they didn't even throw the cigarettes from the cig pot we smoked last night) and that there's no option for late leaving (with extra payment of course), so we had to check out 12:00.

Does share a entrance with a strip club, but not aggressively advertised and can't imagine being a problem, except for a real prude. Bathroom while fully adequate, sort of small.

Cons: Hotel is close to center of town, but one block into a slightly dodgy area with a few strip clubs and gambling bars. There is a strip bar in the basement with signs in the main lobby of the hotel. It's all done rather tastefully, but may not be a place where families will be 100% happy.
