Good-sized room. Comfortable bed, the breakfast was good. It could be a bit improved by making eggs to order and offering additional dishes.

( both rooms we booked ) The food at restaurant was bland, not fresh and even other customers were complaining. A customer found hair in his dish. Internet/WiFi kept dropping off. I would not come back. Stay at the Hilton on Terminal two. A whole different experience there, much ...

Pros (+) Professional reception staff, facilities, proximity to T5, furnishings
Cons (-) Staff in executive lounge hiding away in back room, several customers not knowing how to make a coffee, use the toaster, spilling juice from terrible pouring jugs. This made my experience in the 'Executive' lounge a big disappointment. I was surprised to be charged £5.00 for the bus to the terminal, shuttle bus usually means hotel operated elsewhere in the world.
