Cons: It would have been good if they were open . When I made the reservation it said nothing about store hours . I arrived at 6 am ,and the sign in front said open at 6 . Nobody was there . I called the phone number and they said that they open at 7 . You have lost my business . I'm sure u probably don't care .

Pros: Nothing. We had to cancel our trip due to Covid-19. Sixt would not refund our booking and instead gave us a voucher even though we never picked the car up.
Cons: They told me it was in my interest to get the unlimited tolls package because there was 3 tolls alone between the airport and where I was going. They neglected to tell me these tolls were .50 each. FELT RIPPED OFF!!!!
Cons: Krystina did a very good job. Had a lot of attention in offering the right products e let me happy with the car I was renting.

Cons: Drop off, however, I thought went smooth sailing. We confirmed with the staff member who checked out us that we didn't need to do anything additional, including refilling the gas and that everything checked out. We grabbed our stuff and asked again if we needed to do anything else to avoid charges and he said 'we were all set'. I checked my bank account and I was charged ~$118. $30-something for the tolls (which I agreed to) and $70-something for gas. We confirmed with him TWICE that we didn't need to fill up, there was nothing we needed to do to avoid additional charges and that we were all set! I would really appreciate if you can please refund me the $70. We were definitely assured not once but TWO times and this was very misleading. Thank you so much for your help, Maria

Cons: We realized that we might have been misguided in the tolls charge. We went to Key West from Miami and back and we paid $50 in toll charges to Sixt. The actual charges seems much lower.
Pros: They were nice, the van was clean
Cons: I had a TERRIBLE experience with the sunpass thing - they told me to get a sunpass, I did, then when I returned the car they said I didn't have to take it out of the car, it was okay if I left it in there. then I paid the tolls for their next renter for the next week, when I saw the error i canceled it, but when I asked for a refund they said their policy states that it's my fault if I don't remove the transponder. I'm disputing it with Sixt, but if not resolved, I will never use their services again.
