The shuttle never showed up, called multiples times nobody answered, we ended up walking in a temperature 90+ heat all way to the place. Got there they didn’t even know customers were waiting for pick up at the airport. The price was good but just because of all the hustle to try to pick up the car will think twice to choose this company again.Reviewed Nov 20 2022

It was an easy process. We arrived about midnight and called for shuttle service. They were to the airport in about 5 minutes. A few minutes of paperwork (bring insurance card) and we were on our way. Drop off was even quicker.Reviewed Nov 7 2022

We arrived to pick up the car rental (we made a reservation prior and paid in full), they did not have a car for us. They gave us a substitute, and we had to return the vehicle before 12 noon that day. We picked up the new car, and 4 days later it would not start and we had to return it again and, resulting in another day lost on our vacation. Pros:Staff not very friendly nor apologetic. No one at airport counter and no instructions on how to proceed, other than a sign saying to go out side. Waited outside for 40 min to be picked up at the airport, which is only 5 minutes away from the car rental, while other car rental shuttle vans came by several times to pick up their customers. Finally had to call to find out what was taking so long. Very poor instructions/communications and customer service. Also was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee, which was not disclosed nor do we know the reason, since we traveled to Puerto Rico which is a Commonwealth of the US and not a Foreign Country.Cons:Over all service.Reviewed May 13 2021

Pros:I used your service before until I had a very Nasty experience in San Juan where I had to agree to pay almost double for both car rental ( Maritza Gonzalez & Wesley Gonzalez otherwise they will not give me the keys (which I ask for 6 time ) but the girl training wanted to show the new staff how to rip off the vacationers ( very sad person) ! If you would apply the same service I received in Aguadilla to San Juan your rating will must definitely increase , looking forward to returning and letting my crew know of the new experience , thank you. In fact I might to contact you regarding the issue but I been very busy for the last few years traveling yet I will never forget the impact she created on my family !Cons:Know the trainer in San Juan has been dealt with , right now I don’t have the time to pull her name for the files yet I am sure you can track her down if you really value your future customers !Reviewed May 10 2021
