Pros:

Everything was good, I rented a jeep online and on pickup the person that came told me I can’t rent that SUV because I needed a credit card not a debit card with the visa logo, it was a disappointment because when I reserved the SUV it didn’t said I needed a credit card and I already made plans with that exact SUV because more people fit, instead they gave me an outlander that it was not that comfortable and it smelled like someone smoked marihuana everyday on it.

Cons:

They would’ve gave me the SUV I reserved because it wasn’t my fault the online service didn’t specify I needed a credit card.

It was a horrible experience, I understand that I lost my money. They gave me a car in bad condition, dirty, crashed. the tires in bad condition. I called to complain and what they told me was that if I wanted my car replaced I would have to pay more.
