Cons:There was not actually a fitness center. Rooms and hallways were dirty
Pros:The price was good but after this I wish we'd spent more somewhere else.
Cons:AC was out in our room. The front desk clerk told us the best he could do was have it looked at the next day. We were staying for one night. Room decor was very outdated.
Pros:The staff was very nice!!!
Cons:The floor carpeting in the room by the A.C. unit was soaking wet. REALLY wet. A light bulb was out, the batteries kept falling out of the remote because there was no back cover, and a weird “hook” fell off the wall. I explained about the floor right away because I know how damaging water can be, but they just put down 2 towels which quickly became soaked as well. Explained this to the front desk again in the morning when I checked out so they could tend to it, and they said they’d try to refund me, but never did. Also, NO COFFEE in the morning. Ugh! I am not good without my coffee! Was a good bargain, but with wet feet in the place, it was pretty darned annoying. Probably won’t stay there again, and definitely won’t recommend. Too bad. Had been there about 10 years ago and it was a lot better.
Cons:Shower curtain was broke, plug-in covers missing, walls paint is chipped and dirty, bathroom floor dirty, toilet ran every 15 minutes. Drawers broken in room. Room was cheap, but room quality still wasn't worth it. The power went out while we were there too.
Pros:NOTHING
Cons:Room was not the room we reserved. We reserved two queen beds and were given one queen and a hide-a-bed. Room was dirty and run-down. Customer service was horrible. When we complained they did nothing. Management would not answer my calls. One cup, one towel, one hand towel for three people and they had none at the front desk. We were, unfortunately at their mercy because of a lack of rooms in the entire town. Some huge sporting event was taking place. The front desk blamed Expedia for the issue. We didn't book through Expedia.
Pros:Glad that it was priced as low as it was. Staff had a great can do attitude. Very helpful when I booked wrong days.
Cons:Not well maintained or remodeled building. Paint job was shoddy and the desk help was understaffed (the gal who was there was VERY friendly, but it was only her second day and she was very inexperienced and over-whelmed). Hallway smelled like Marijuana in the morning. The "queen"-sized bed was closer to a full-sized bed.

Cons:It needs to be cleaned and updated. The place is in dire need of a make over. The sheets on the bed were torn, the elevator looked like a hole had been punched in it. It was rather uneasy. But, the bed was comfortable.
Pros:Affordable for a quick over-night while on the road. Room was clean and fridge and microwave was a real plus for the price. I would stay here again.
Cons:Employees hanging out around the back door until very late, smoking and grilling food. Over all tenants were pretty noisy. Felt concern for when parking our vehicle in the back—next time I would consider parking it by the front door. No problems happened, just lots of activity and 'hanging out' around the back door. I got the feeling some staying here were longer-term tenants
