Pros (+) Front desk staff attentive, room in good condition with all appliances working (microwave, refrigerator), early morning breakfast (6 a.m.), quiet. The facility is well taken care of. Location near interstate, Sertoma Park and bike path, and Empire Mall is good.
Cons (-) Only bad feature is that the building is surrounded by an ocean of pavement and other commercial properties.
