Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall guest experience. Cleanliness is another strong point, with several reviews mentioning spotless rooms. The pool is appreciated for relaxation, especially after a day out. However, some guests were disappointed with the breakfast selection and found it lacking in variety or quality. Despite a few negative experiences with room assignments, noise, and breakfast, the overall sentiment is positive, particularly for families and those seeking value for money.
