I was at the hotel, as part of a wedding entourage. As one may expect, there are many hiccups that could occur during a wedding, and we had plenty of requests to the housekeeping department (e.g. requesting for scissors, rubber bands). The hotel staff was very understanding and supportive, and they provided all the items we requested for! Suffice to say, I think that this is an example of going beyond usual service. I would like to compliment the hotel for really making it easy for us to fulfill our responsibilities to the newly-wed couple!
What is there not to like? :)

The room and bathroom are clean, the towels are very clean (not brown, like what I've experienced in other hotels in SG). They keep the a/c on, so the room did not smell musty.
The front desk staff had an arrogant attitude. I saw one staff treat another guest rudely; then when I tried to get a longer check-out time, I was treated like a school child being scolded. Terrible!
