Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, noting their willingness to assist and accommodate requests. Many reviews mention spacious rooms and comfortable beds, with several guests appreciating the cleanliness and recent refurbishments. The hotel is generally considered good value for money, especially given its amenities and location. However, some guests experienced issues with breakfast variety and quality, ongoing renovations, inconsistent WiFi, and occasional maintenance problems. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and room size often outweighed the negatives for most guests.
