Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly criticized the hotel's cleanliness, describing rooms and common areas as dirty, poorly maintained, and sometimes unsanitary. Service was also a major issue, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff, unfulfilled reservations, and language barriers. Many found the beds uncomfortable and the overall comfort lacking. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the national park and some noted friendly staff or reasonable prices.
