Cons:
Although i booked the car for 6:00 am i was able to get a car at 9:00 am. No English spoken at the office, very difficult to communicate. The car I got had a non-Shanghai license plate which has limited access to the city. I asked to change to Shanghai license plate and had to pay extra's, whilst nothing was mentioned during the booking.2,0 Poor

We are in China and they did not rented us the car because we need a Chinese drivers license, the website never informed that!!Cons:
