The staff were very helpful on the from desk, check in and check out were both quick and smooth, the room was comfortable and had a nice ambiance. The hotel was near all the places I had planned to visit, so it’s convenient location gets my vote too!

Although I was on the fifth floor and it was a Tuesday night, I could still hear some drunk pedestrians at 4am through the closed window. Perhaps a bit of soundproofing on the window would make the stay more comfortable.

Strategically located, great staff and...

Excellent location, quiet but close to two subway stations (including line 10 which goes straight to Hongqiao Train Station). Staff were very friendly and motivated to help make my stay comfortable. Room was a nice size, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was excellent and arguably the best value money I've had in Shanghai (except from AirBnB) in the last 7 years.

This is a fantastic hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They speak enough English to find out information, sites, places etc. Rooms are very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfasts offered western and Chinese combined.

Location was near where I wanted to be; convenient to 2 metro lines (for me; I don't mind walking 10 minutes); I am American currently in China.

In Chinese standards, my family is huge! We consist of two adults and four children (including my 6 months baby). We asked for two rooms for some days and we decided to extend our stay because of how comfortable we felt there. Hotel staff was incredible nice and helpful, even with some things we asked them that weren't part of their job, like helping us to write the right direction in Didi App. The location is great! You can walk to Nanjing Road, People's Square, The Bund, Yu Garden, without getting tired. Everything is real close. Breakfast was big and delicious. I would add some gluten free bread, but that is all. This is a hotel that I would recommend to everyone visiting Shanghai.

The refrigerator is not cold enough!

The location is great, near People's Square, East Najing Road and the Bund. But I can have a peaceful stay in the busy district. Room is small but cozy and well-equipped, facilities are useful, staffs are helpful. Highly recommending if you want to enjoy peace and have a good relax in this big metropolis.

For the price I paid my experience was great. The wifi worked well. My room was really nice clean and spacious. Honestly I expected much worse for the price and was very happily surprised. Staff was pretty good. Not all of them spoke English but there was no problem getting what I needed. The breakfast was not great but it was very cheap. It’s a fantastic deal if you find a cheap price for the rooms here. It’s the best hotel for the money I have stayed at in China.

Excellent property! Breakfast was delicious. Only a ten minute walk to the closest metro; 25 minute walk to the Bundt. Definitely staying here again!

A good location, and a great breakfast . But most important was the hospitality of the staff. They did their utmost to assist us in any way.

Property was close to handy metro train station. Onsite restaurant was handy but limited choice, staff were great and very helpful.

Area directly around it was not great for food options. We always caught a train into a different area.

While they are clear about breakfast times, it would be helpful if they were clear that at 9.55 a rapid clearing of the whole buffet takes place so if you want to be sure of enjoying the extensive buffet you need to be down before 9.30am

Very generic, not a great deal of charm. Very western, as it’s a western brand. Shower took a solid 5min to get warm.

It was very close to all the major tourist sites. The rooms were very clean. The management has made conscious efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

A compact hotel that has everything, including a bar and restaurant. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable and a good size bathroom. Our twin room 417 looks onto a park. There are small local eateries close by with an AllDays convenience store just round the corner. The Bund is about 20 minutes leisurely stroll away. Yuyuan metro station is close by. The concierge gentleman ( didn't get his name) is extremely cheerful, and proactive in anticipating how to help guests.
