Very basic accomodation, sea view consisted of a very small window, staff were friendly
Overall, good location based at the edge of town.
The receptionist went a little overboard with the details during check-in to be honest. There was a smell of damp in the bedroom when we entered the room, which was located on the ground floor.
Very cool and indifferent reception at check in The room was dark and outdated When I requested a move they didn’t even try Two days later I wanted to stay longer because I liked Sete They were much nicer Of course I had to pay extra for better brighter updated room
Lack of any personal interest in their guests I observed same with other guests Seems like all about the money
The breakfast was nice, fresh fruit salads and a wide range of items. Not all staff at the reception were rude, the younger staff was nicer.
The location was much further out of the town centre than expected. The welcome at the reception was the most mediocre and outright rude I have come across. The receptionist showed no interest in making us welcome what so ever and forwarded no information about the hotel what so ever (i.e. that there was a pool, how to access the Wifi, etc.). The corridor where our room was located was under construction and electric cables hanging loose right around and across our entrance door to the room, these cables were cut - with open endings! When we complained at the reception desk, we were just told that we only booked a standard room (!?!?). Although the safety person came and looked at the situation, he assured us that the cable wasn't a 'life' cable, but he left the situation as it was with the cut cable just hanging there in our walkway. Despite workers continuing work in the corridor, the cable remained hanging right within our entrance door for the two days and nights we were there. We found the lack of care shocking.
