Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, shopping, and dining options. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, with staff often going out of their way to assist guests, including language support. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as odors, dust, and occasional pests. Bathrooms are often criticized for being small, outdated, or having poor water pressure, and a number of guests note the lack of windows in rooms. Overall, the value for price and convenience are appreciated, but improvements in cleanliness and bathroom facilities are needed.
