Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport and tourist spots, as well as its good value for the price. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom conditions. Breakfast availability and quality were also a common concern, with several guests disappointed by inconsistent service or lack of breakfast on certain days. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others as unresponsive. Overall, the hotel's main strengths are its location and value, but cleanliness and breakfast service need significant improvement.
