Best pillows I’ve ever slept on - drifted off to sleep with ease - magnificent location easy access to the Dolomites region very comfortable, lovely staff , great food
This is a very expensive stay
Nice, welcoming and relaxing hotel. Comfortable rooms with excellent beds. An ample breakfast. Nice terrass in the sun or lounge for the aperitif. Friendly personell. Parking in garage.
We visited the hotel 3 years ago and were then more than satisfied with the hotel and the half board prepared by an excellent chief - It was tiptop Italien food with a great finesse and delicate!! Therefore, we had very high expectations, we also asked some other couples to join us to this "gourmet paradise". Unfortunately, it is no longer the same high class on the dinners. The are just OK, but more standardized tourist-oriented and heavier South Tyrolean food added with an overprized wine-list (no wine of the house). The desserts from one evening ended up on a dessert buffet 2 days later and even at the breakfast.
We loved everything! This place is worth every penny you pay! Beautiful and clean rooms, super comfortable bed, amazing views, so quiet and peaceful! The hotel is classy and cozy at the same time. The staff was very kind and helpful, we got the half board with dinner included and ... oh my! Their chef deserves a Michelin star! The food was delicious and it was presented in such a nice way that every dinner was an experience! We will go back for sure, this place is heaven ... don’t hesitate, book it!
Location is perfect for skiers. The lift is right next to the hotel. The ski room was perfect. The ski rental is across the street. The breakfast was awesome, a full buffet with eggs, cured salmon, cold cuts, cheese, all kinds of breads and drinks, cereal, nice coffee. Excellent. The room was spacious and super comfortable. They offer champagne for apres ski. You can buy a bottle and if you don't finish it they'll save it for you the next day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. And the price, just right.
The room was a bit hot at times but it has a window so you can just open it up. Other than that there is nothing else I can add.
The staff was super friendly. Rosaria made us feel so welcome! And the chef is truly amazing. Every single meal we had was delicious. Also loved the possibility to grab a piece of fruit or small snack throughout the day.
The only part of the hotel that could be improved upon is the wellness area. The sauna is nice, but the shower didn't work as advertised (colors etc.). Still nice, but could be better.
