Pros (+) Gorgeous views! Clean room. We booked the poco king and enjoyed having a fire place. So cozy for desert nights. The staff was friendly and we felt safe during COVID times. The spa experience was good but was much smaller than expected. The food was good, and the ambience of being around a fire on the restaurant patio was also lovely.
Cons (-) The design of the pool and spa seems like a big miss. There is a building blocking the view of the red rocks. Still a nice pool, but you’re just looking at more guest rooms around you.
