Pros (+) The deluxe trail room was very spacious and we loved having our own patio with a view. The grab and go breakfast had above par items like a yogurt and berry parfait. Front desk service was very friendly. We didn’t take part in the planned activities but thought having them available was a nice touch, as was having bicycles to use.
Cons (-) The bathroom had a bit of mildew around the interior shower edges that needs to be removed. The toilet handle had to be held down for a long time before it would flush. Should be an easy fix.
Pros (+) Location was nice.
Cons (-) Cleanliness. Our room smelled like pet urine.
Pros (+) Great location to most everything
Cons (-) The a/c heat unit was very noisy, nothing wrong with it just the unit type. Not much sleep
Pros (+) 2 heated pools and spas, easy check in, good parking, great location, free breakfast
Cons (-) Room decor not the greatest
Pros (+) We loved the outdoor music, fire pits, view and the education on the night sky! The Mexican restaurant was delicious too.
Pros (+) Location of this hotel was within walking distance to shops and eating.
