Pros (+) This hotel is in a great location and a friendly staff. The breakfast and cookies in the afternoon is a very nice touch.
Cons (-) It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning in room 207 did not work. The condenser fan on the outside of the unit was not working. The staircase between floors needs to be replaced as it was very soiled. The hotel was going under some construction so this issue might be on the list to replace.
