Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many enjoying views of the beach and easy access to local attractions. The staff was frequently described as friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to guest experiences. However, several guests reported issues with uncomfortable beds, noise from construction or poor soundproofing, and maintenance problems with the pool and other amenities. While some rooms were clean and comfortable, others suffered from cleanliness and odor concerns. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, but improvements are needed in comfort and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Ideal location - right on the beach. Great price. Ample parking.
Pros (+) Location was great, lots of parking.
Cons (-) This location is OLD and beat up. It’s at the point of a tear down in my opinion. The bathrooms were not at all welcoming (to the point I dreaded taking a shower & not a chance would I take a bath in the tub).
Pros (+) The view and staff.
Cons (-) Up date beds and furniture would help alot. Our bed was lopp sided. We paid way too much to have a bed like this. Especially we stayed 2 nights. We couldn't leave soon enough.
Pros (+) was not ocean front, was by the elevator and a very crumby room. I will never use your service again
Pros (+) Location, cleanliness
Cons (-) inoperable elevator, unuseable Wifi, overpriced food
Pros (+) close to the beach and shopping and pool open til 2am
Pros (+) Beautiful view, the layout of the room was nice.
Cons (-) 1. The family in the next room smoked pot continuously which poured into our room, not a big deal if my small children weren't with us. the staff kept saying they would talk to them after we talked to them with no resolve and throughout the night the issue continued. 2. When I got out of the shower I grabbed the folded towel off the rack and something caught my eye. That something was a bloody han...
