Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and the friendliness of many staff members, with several appreciating amenities like the pool and modern room decor. However, many reviews highlight significant noise issues from nearby clubs and bars, as well as dissatisfaction with service, including staff attitude and slow check-in. Complaints also include small room sizes and problems with pool cleanliness and maintenance. So sexy - great scene. Excellent services in spa, whatever whenever concierge, lounges, and very good food.

Pros (+) Walking distance from Old Town and shopping. The lounge was inviting. We weren't there for a conference, but it looked like a good facility for meetings.
Cons (-) The hotel does admit they are "a lively W hotel" however I did not know that when booking. If you want to go to bed before 2am, ask for a room on the back of the hotel, away from the nightclubs. The pool had a band both weekend nights we were there, so they aren't an upgrade if you aren't there to party.
