Lots of problems, no mgr on duty, or response to contacts.Poorly maintained rooms. Staff unresponsive. Breakfast ok although need more help to do omelets.

The tv did not work and despite calling at 7 to report this and getting a guarantee that someone would fix it, no one came. We called again at 10 pm as a last ditch effort and was told that the maintenance person responsible just got off lunch and would be right there. I was awake until 1 am. No one arrived.
