Lots of problems, no mgr on duty, or response to contacts.Poorly maintained rooms. Staff unresponsive. Breakfast ok although need more help to do omelets.

We called again at 10 pm as a last ditch effort and was told that the maintenance person responsible just got off lunch and would be right there. I was awake until 1 am. No one arrived.
