Cons (-) At one point my 9 year old cut his toe at the pool and when I asked for bandaid and first aid, instead of bringing it to me, I was told to go up to the hotel and ask for it - a good 5 min walk. Leaving my 9 year old bleeding - instructing him to hold pressure as the nail was avulsed, and instructing him to watch the 4 year old to not go near the pool since I had to leave them unattended. Pros (+) Well thought out facility, furnishings and amenities, with guest comfort being a top priority. The breathtaking scenery and we'll maintained golf course complements the resort. Most importantly is the attitude of the staff; everything is done with a genuine smile.
