Lovely facilities. New, well kept, clean. Untrained, apathetic and rude staff who forgot to write down dinner reservations, forgot to order car to airport, forgot to tell the valet to bring the car around and seem perplexed by small requests like subbing one member of our party for another on a spa appointment.
