Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to the castle and city center. Some found the staff friendly and helpful, and a few appreciated the value for price. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with several guests describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty or poorly maintained. Service was often criticized, particularly regarding language barriers and unprofessional reception. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as unavailable or disappointing. Overall, while the location is a major plus, cleanliness, service, and breakfast options need improvement.
