Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the lake, mountains, and local attractions, as well as the varied and tasty breakfast offerings. Many found the rooms spacious and appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. However, several guests were disappointed with the comfort of the beds, describing mattresses as thin or worn, and noted that some areas of the hotel and bathrooms were dated or in need of renovation. Service was generally described as neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff, but also reports of limited presence or unhelpful interactions. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, while room comfort and maintenance were common areas for improvement.
