Pros (+) Quiet, clean, great hot water and shower
Cons (-) Terrible pillows, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, broken towel holder, noisy AC fan, awkward placement of coffeemaker, limited TV (Red Sox playoffs and unable to get on cable). When my husband questioned the desk clerk re: inability to get playoff game, he was told he was wrong even though we had gone through each channel one by one.
