You get what you pay for.
Location was good.
Rooms were not very clean. Breakfast was choice of cold cereal or toast. Rooms did not have coffee pots.

hotel is falling apart
comfortable bed and good location
cheap breakfast...i would not call it continental in any way... wallpapers coming off in patches.. stains on carpets... everything is cheap... not even separate complimentary shampoo and conditioner... there is.. "conditioning shampoo".. no place to hang towels... toilet paper stand was broken..

staff not friendly or always around, breakfast was terrible, room was not what I thought I was getting, towels really thin, heat not consistent, faucet pressure so high the water rain outside the sink and got you wet

The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. It was nicely decorated.
The breakfast was disappointing: while the coffee was good, the boiled eggs tasted cold and stale, the jam packages were hard and unusable, and stayed that way during our entire stay of five days, even though I brought them to the manager's attention. The breakfast was exactly the same every day. But our kids loved it: lots of muffins and cinnamon buns, etc.
