Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and attentive service, as well as the high standards of cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Many appreciated the welcoming staff and the comfortable, well-kept accommodations. However, a recurring issue mentioned is the noise from the nearby railway, which can disturb sleep, especially at night. Overall, the positives of service and cleanliness stand out, though noise sensitivity should be considered.
